Eighteen office rooms of various sizes, tastefully furnished, from 50 sq. ft. to 280 sq. ft., with the flexibility to lease on a short or a long term basis with full backup of trained professional staff. Monthly lease rate covers the room, government rates, building management fees, electricity, air conditioning, receptionist service, mail collection, use of our telephone, fax and address, daily cleaning service & refreshments.
Discounted prices are available for long term clients, or for combinations of more than one room. Please contact Teresa or Kitty for a quotation.
 VIRTUAL OFFICE
If you do not need an office but require an office address, telephone and/or fax, our Business Identity Programs (BIP) are designed for those who do not need a full-time office and staff but require a business presence or identity and access to office facilities and staff. If your requirements change, we can easily change you to another program of your choice at any time.
